Proposed Plan

The proposed project of medical college and hospital will be developed/constructed in phases:

Phase 1 & 2:

• Construction of a 500 bedded hospital along with OPD with world class emergency and casualty medical services.
• Plan to open OPD in phase 1.
• Construction of Admin Block/Medical college/Para-Institution building.
• Para-medical courses and Nursing courses will be introduced in phase 1.  
• 300-500 bedded hospitals will be introduced in phase 1.
• Construction of staff quarter and other amenities required for a 300-500 bedded hospital.
• Construction of hostel unit 1 and 2 (Boys & Girls) for Para-medical and nursing students.

Expenditure in phase 1 and 2 includes:

• Construction of Administrative, academic and hospital, OPD block
• Equipment, instrument, furniture and other utensils for institution, lab, diagnostic centre, etc.

Phase 3 & 4:

• Completion of 500 bedded hospital
• Additional construction of 100 beds super specialty hospital.
• Construction of the rest of the hostel and residential building for staff, and other buildings.
• Equipment, instrument, furniture and other utensils for hospital, institution, lab, etc.
• Construction of medical research centre and institute for post diploma and postgraduate courses.
• Completion of all projects as per mention in the project.
